[r-t] Bobs only Erin Triples (was: Composition search)

We need four sixes with each of the sets of three bells at the front. In
the first part 0,1,2,3 or 4 of them can appear.
If we pick the bells 123 then your part end cannot produce four sixes with
those bells at the front from any of those five possibilities?
