[r-t] Thompson's "A note on Grandsire Triples"

Is there anybody out there who might be able to provide me with a
scanned copy of Thompson's original proof that there is no bobs-only
extent of Grandsire Triples?  I gather it was reprinted in "Grandsire"
but I don't have access to a copy.  I have a student who is writing an
essay on ringing and I'd like him to read it.
