If you mean with the tenors together, I think the answer is 11. For example:

5280 Bristol S Max

   23456   M  H  W
   54326      -  -
   32465   -  -  2
   63254   2  -  -
   23456   -

There are several rotations of this, but no other touches which give a 
peal length in the same number of calls. The calling is a palindrome, so 
its reversal is the same composition.
