[r-t] Blocks becoming methods

Update on the blocks which become methods. At the moment there are only 
18 affected, being the ones with five or more consecutive blows in the 
list below (numbers 2-19):

It so happens that these were all rung together in the same peal, and 
Peter Niblett has already had confirmation from the conductor that 
moving "Block" into the method name is the desired solution.

When we get to the others, further consultation will be needed.
