I composed these over a year ago, but after talking to people this weekend
I think that readers of this list might be interested too.
The course ends were chosen to show repeated blocks - the letters
identify those blocks.

Some of the qualities I considered were:
maximising total length (obviously!)
minimising total calls (I did get it down to 370+52=422)
minimising 6th-place bobs
maximising uninterrupted whole courses
having repeated blocks
having a long section at the end with just 4ths-place bobs
(apart from the final call), more regularity, and lower call density
having most of the plain course at the end, not the start
There is scope for rearrangement of the priorities of these
if a conductor had a strong preference.
As a comparison the previous record of 28512 by Brian Price has
651 calls: 387 4ths-place bobs and 264 6ths-place bobs and
at most 3 leads between calls. It is a 9-part.
