In yesterday's meeting, after the change that legitimised peals of  5100
Doubles, I questioned the peal committee's report, which that said the peal
at Throwley (the 5100 containing the 300th first pealer last year) would be
recorded as a peal of 5040 (ie ignoring the last 60).  APS stood up and
pointed out that at the time it was rung a 5100 was not compliant so it was
correctly recorded.
