Following on the theme of non-extents, see 
<https://complib.org/composition/35215>.

The missing rows are two B-blocks with 67 and 76 behind, and a block called 
2xbbbpp. Bobbing the remainder of these q-sets gives two 5-part blocks and 
links them together.
