Indeed. Currently, I include all bells, including the hunt bell.
Ignoring the latter and rotations/inversions for DBCM would give four
unique pieces of work i.e. isolated dodge, double dodge and lead/lie,
places, and double dodge lead/lie double dodge, although not quite the
same four as near, full, far, TB.
