The link that is being distributed is an administator link to *edit* the 
survey.  And it is incomplete, or, likely, people have been mistakenly 
making some changes to the survey itself.

Since everyone who clicks on the link can see all of the responses (so far 
127), including names and email addresses, it looks like a rather serious 
blunder and I suggest that it should be taken offline immediately.
