[r-t] Spliced doubles extents

Please can someone generate for me a list of plain doubles extents which
match all these criteria:

- Treble plain-hunting
- 3-part extents
- No dodges anywhere at any time

If the output could be given in method names as opposed to just place
notations that would be especially helpful (as it would if rotations etc
were filtered), though this isn't essential.

An example of one such extent is composition 13.07 in Stuart Bamforth's
excellent new book "A Compendium of Plain Doubles Methods" (available to
