[r-t] CC2018 - young leadership

The usual apologies for the cross-posting of this between different
lists / media.

As part of the programme of outreach and education around the 2018
Central Council meeting, the meeting's organising committee are hoping
to include a session about young leadership in ringing. Very little
has yet been decided, but the session is likely to
-  be interactive (at least to the extent of including a q&a session)
-  be open to all (whether young or old, members of the Central
Council or local (or not so local) ringers)
-  take a broad definition of leadership (this could, for example, be
running a band or an association, or leading on technical matters),
and
-  use a working definition that 'young' on this occasion broadly
means people of ages up to and including the sort of people you would
typically find studying at university.

I'd be grateful for any volunteers and / or suggestions of people who
might be able to help lead this session. We're probably looking for a
panel of four or more people - but as mentioned above, nothing yet is
set in stone for this session.

To avoid embarrassment, it's probably best if suggestions of names are
made directly to me rather than on list.
