[r-t] Odd Start Grandsire Doubles

Hi All,

I was prompted to follow a line of thought as to how many touches there 
are of Grandsire Doubles which start at backstroke with either a plain 
or singled lead. I generated 20 - 5 plain and 15 single starts.

I would not normally contact this this line but I am surprised how 
/*few*/ there are. Are there any more?

I have a feeling that this must have been done before.
