I know Richard made a comment about something more subtle than replacing the
first cross change with a single change, however if you start at the trebles
hand stroke with a 145678 call you can then use a straight seven part
calling the last bob as a single easy and retains ATW the work status - if
Richard has a preference for methods then let me know
- see example below
Start at trebles handstoke with 145678 single
Ie

Backstroke 13245678
Then call the following 2016
Calling the last bob as a single
