[r-t] False course heads, etc.

Several months ago I changed ringing.org over to a completely new
implementation. An unfortunate casualty of the change at that time was the
ability to compute information about the falseness of methods. I know
several people missed it.

It's taken longer than I thought it would, but the falseness information is
now back. Sorry for the delay.
