[r-t] spliced s minor all-the-work quarters

For bands wishing to work up to 41 spliced atw minor, I realised it is 
fairly easy to get all the methods of a single overwork into a longish 
quarter peal, 5 parts all-the-work.  Here are the results.  (There's 
nothing particularly special about these arrangements - many others are 
possible).

Note that ringing these together will not result in a true peal!

Each quarter peal contains all the methods from the standard 41 of one 
overwork, with plain leads of those having 2nd and 6th place variants, and 
contains each row k or k+1 times.
