Unless it is buried in the definition of Touch (which it doesn't appear to
be) it looks as though the Framework doesn't include anything about Truth
in the definition of a peal?
Whilst I understand the aim of the framework is to be descriptive and
inclusive I'm a little surprised at that omission as I'd have thought most
ringers would regard Truth as being a fundamental property of a peal just
as much as being over 5000 changes.
