[r-t] Musical new peals of Stedman Triples

https://complib.org/composition/29009 is a 4-part swapping 2-3 and 4-5
at the part ends and can be arranged as a 2-part with two singles. The
starting point for this was two sets of b-blocks, those with 123 on the
front in the middle of a quick six,  and those with 456 on the front in
the middle of a slow six, which allows a relatively large number of
omits.
