Can someone provide sets of 42 extents of spliced Doubles (symmetrical
single-hunt Plain) with the following properties?

a) The 177 methods with 3- or 4-lead courses (excluding 145 lead ends),
with a plain lead of each method.

b) The 220 methods if 145 lead ends are included, all plain leads.

c) The 282 methods with Differential Hunters included, again all plain
leads.
