[r-t] New maximus compositions

Thanks for highlighting these Philip. I feel that I should point out that my use of 8th place calls on PAZORABS was suggested by Graham Bradshaw, which I then used to put together the plan highlighted. It's a neat way of ringing 9 all the work, with all little bell courses. 

On the subject of OVFO in Bristol Max, I know Alan Reading has used it before, but prior to that it seems from his website that John Warboys used it in January 2001, if not earlier!
