The current Decisions use Position to refer to:

1 - absolute location in a row (eg 'blows in each position')

2 - relative location in a row (eg 'one position further from the lead')

3 - the location of dodges (eg 'from one dodging position to another')

4 - the location of calls in a composition

They use Place to refer to:

a - classes of method

b - consecutive blows in the same place (eg at least one internal place)

c - absolute location in a row (eg 'below mths place')

Some of the overlap is disambiguated by the context of use, but not all. A
clearer separation would have merit.
