[Stretham-rec] Stretham REC in August - NO bell handling sessions on 5th August

Dear All

We have a different programme of events at the Stretham REC in August. Full
details are in the attached pdf file. Please let me know on
strethamrec at elyda.org.uk if there are any problems accessing this or if you
would prefer a different format.

Here is a summary, and I will send out details of each week in advance as
usual.

   - For Saturday 5th August, there are no individual bell handling
   sessions or band practice; this is a session just for ringing teachers.
   - For Saturdays 12th and 19th August there will be individual bell
   handling sessions at 10 am and 10.45 am only. Then band practice will run
   from 11.30 am to 1 pm.
   - For Saturday 26th August the whole morning will be on raising and
   lowering skills, individually from 9.30 - 10.45 am and in peal from 11 am -
   12.15 pm.

So, for Saturday 5th August, there are no individual bell handling sessions
nor band practice. Starting at 10 am, this is a session just for Ringing
Teachers (all teachers, not just ART trained) to ask for advice/discuss
common handing problems/ any other thoughts about teaching bell-handling.
We will be sharing how to address difficult areas when teaching. Teachers,
please just come along.

Students are asked for a donation of £3 per session.
