[Stretham-rec] Stretham REC, Saturday 23rd September

[StrethamRec Teachers]

Dear All

The Stretham REC is open as usual this Saturday, 23rd September. This week,
there will be individual bell handling sessions at 10 am, 10.45 am and
11.15 am. Then band practice will run from 12.15 to 1.15 pm. Please note
that this week band practice will be for ringers up to Level 2 LtR only.
This will include rounds, call-changes, and bell control exercises for
ringing with other ringers.

If you would like to come along to the REC this Saturday 23rd September for
individual bell handling training at 10:00, 10.45 or 11.15, please let me
know by emailing  strethamrec at elyda.org.uk  on or before Wednesday 20th
September so we can organise times and teachers. I will try to fulfil all
requests, and confirm the times by email on Thursday.

Beginners band practice will start at 12.15. It is helpful, but not
essential, if you can let me know if you will be coming along for this so
we can tailor the practice to what people would like to ring. Support
ringers and students are very welcome to join us.

Students are asked for a donation of £3 per session.

Note that next week, 30th September, the Stretham REC will not be open.
This is the day of the Ely DA Training Day in the Wisbech District at
Walsoken, near Wisbech, All ringers are welcome to book into one of the Ely
DA Training Day Sessions. Go to
