[Stretham-rec] Important information & Saturday 3rd February 2024

[StrethamRec Teachers]

Dear all,

There will be no bell handling sessions this coming Saturday 3rd February
at the REC however you are invited to come and ring at Soham, St Andrews
church where we will be holding our district meeting. If you have not been
to a district meeting before, it's a fun way to meet other ringers of the
Ely district and try out other bells, instructors will be on hand and there
will be lots of ringing as well as a tombola!
Ringing starts at 10:30-12:30, there is a car park directly behind the
church on Fountain Lane, CB7 5HA.
If you do come please note there will be no refreshments available so bring
your water bottle/flask! Don't forget your donation money. There are toilet
facilities in the church.


*The STEP information*The Stretham Tower Enhancement Project team are
asking kindly for prizes for a charity raffle to be held later in the year.
Do you know of any one/business who would be willing to donate an amazing
prize? Please get in contact if you do 😃


*Band Practice*Going forward please would you inform us if you intend to
come to band practice on a Saturday each week. This helps us in planning to
make sure we have enough instructors available.
