According to Dove, Chaddleworth has a ring of 4 bells.
https://dove.cccbr.org.uk/tower/12893

But according to the Quinquennial Inspection of April 2022 it only has
three bells:
The tower contains a ring of three bells, the oldest of which was cast
by Oliver Cor of Aldbourne in
1725, the third is by Robert Wells of Aldbourne, 1788, and the treble by
John Warner & Sons of
London, 1865. A little bell which hangs in the sanctus bell opening is
dated 1635.

The QI would appear to have missed the 1924 Mears & Stainbank treble.

I wonder if anyone can help to clear up this discrepancy?

With thanks,

Simon Farrar
