Listened to the recording - they are definitely Gilletts, aren't 
they! Very bright! I haven't had time to try to ascertain from the 
recording whether they are stretched.

The recording was only 8k samples per second, 8 bit, i.e. not very 
high definition, but sounded OK considering this.

I have just been talking to Nigel Taylor, and will be popping in to 
WBF this lunchtime to play it to him.
