Have the ringers at York been asked about what *they* think should appear on
the official web site, or been asked for feedback?
[djb122] Don't know - presumably they would ask either the secretary or the
ringing master. I'll find out tomorrow.
[David - I notice that you have started to submit messages in html, which
therefore contain advertisements. This slows everything up at the other end
- especially as you are the most prolific messager. Just thought you might
appreciate the feedback.]
[djb122] yes - York university has finally got round to installing some
Windows 2000 computers (although most are still Windows 95 with a useless
outdated version of netscape). I had noticed that it's sending in HTML, but
I don't know why - I'm using outlook and the tools/options/mail format tab
is set to 'plain text' - if anyone knows how to change it please email me!
