Translating technical German

Does any kind soul out there know anyone who could translate an 
academic article from German to English? I am looking for a good 
translation (I could do it myself with a dictionary, but need 
something better than that). I can pay, but was hoping that the title 
of the article (Auditive und objektive Bestimmung der Schlagtonhöhe 
von historischen Kirchenglocken) might inspire someone to do it, er, 
cost-effectively.

Replies better off-list, I guess.
