But the history porject books are entirely separate from the RW: they
are produced by the CC Publications Ctte.

I see no problem in the RW being the publisher of an 'occasional' 
supplement - would probably be easier to sell it that way - if the 
Board is interested. But I guess the editorial work would have to be 
separate from that for producing a weekly paper.
