Rossing: Acoustics of Bells

I have tried to buy a copy of the above book in the past, but it is 
out of print and I can't track one down. Does anyone know where I 
might be able to buy a copy?

Alternatively, has anyone on the list a copy they would be prepared 
to lend to me for a couple of weeks? In the past I have used the 
British Library copy but (sshh, I want to keep it quiet) I need to 
photocopy some of the articles.

I'd be happy to refund postage etc.
