[Bell Historians] Rings of 3

I've been writing a wesbite on Norwich bells from documentary sources -
no site inspections as yet as I'm a broke student! However, I've been
given information by local ringers and I'm pretty sure that Norwich, St
Stephen are still hung for ringing, although whether they're ringable I
couldn't say.
