Sorry, Dickon - I AM doing real work today! So no list, though I'm not sure
I could produce one anyway. Bury St.Edmunds is okay, as both were parish
churches for a lot of the time. Also Alcingham and North Cockerington in
Lincolnshire where two parish churches share one churchyard.
