David Potter's latest project

Though members of the list might be interested in David Potter's latest
project. It's a mobile chime on a trailer, to be used at country house
weddings, and the like. it's being built by Taylor's at the moment - we
went to have a look at it and listen to some of the bells yesterday. The
bells are a straight 12 plus 0, 2#, 6b and 9#, tenor 6 cwt in C. They
have internal solenoid clappers, and will be played via a baton clavier.
The whole trailer, when it's finished, will weigh about 2½ tons, and as
such can be towed by car. It promises to be really good once its
finished.
