Anotehr esoteric query!

Hello All,

As the resident anorak, any bell-related questions from York ringers tend to
be addressed to me. This one is esoteric, even by my standards!

My enquirer wants to know about bells in textile mills - if anyone can
supply any information on this subject I'll pass it on. I don't really know
what he specifically wants to know about them, so can't be more specific!
Anything that might be relevant gratefully received.
