[Bell Historians] Weights from a diameter

estimated weights. Both very useful reference. Also thanks
to the other techniques described on the list, but I'm not
going to ask how they were arrived at!"


Word of warning ... there are flaws in my table. I will try to reissue it.
(I ran the calculation on the spur of the moment from my database, but
didn't spend enough time removing the bugs!)
