York redundancies

The report of an Archbishop's Commission looking into pastoral provision in
York was published earlier in the week, recommending wholesale reordering of
parishes, including many mergers and redundancies. Among the churches
suggested for redundancy are a numer with bells, including two with rings -
St Laurence and All Saints North Street. More details are on my website, but
nothing has been decided as yet - the report is only a set of
recommendations.
