Quite. Can the estimates for bell weights not include a tolerancy? 
Giving such entries as 19.5cwt +/- 10%. 
Surely it's best to include what is actually KNOWN about the tenor, 
if it's known to be approximate then say so. Having weights to the 
nearest pound that are known to be false seems rediculous.
