Does anyone know of any steel bells by Vickers supplied to customers in the U.S.A that were hung with either steel wheels or traditional wheeels? Also on a seperate note, I understood that Vickers bells were origonally painted before dispatch to enhance the appearance-can anyone verify this? Alan
