I spoke to the agents and the seller today. It appears the building is leas=
ehold and the terms of the lease state that if the bell are removed then th=
e their ownership changes to the free-holder. Therefore the leaseholder can=
not gain by selling the bells. The net result is that they are not availabl=
e for re-use elsewhere.
