I spoke to the agents and the seller today. It appears the building is
leasehold and the terms of the lease state that if the bell are removed then
the their ownership changes to the free-holder. Therefore the leaseholder
cannot gain by selling the bells. The net result is that they are not
available for re-use elsewhere.
