As David Cawley stated in a previous thread, the last L&J bell was cast in
September 1940 for All Hallows, Easton, Bristol only a month before the
foundry was bombed.

I can make the lists available as they currently stand. Perhaps David Bryant
could put them on the Bell Historians Articles web page.
