I've decided the best place to start is my own website! (My excuse 
is that my ISP cuts me off at 8am as the off-peak free time finishes)

This is the detailed information I already have

Ellacombe Chime. Mears & Stainbank 1919. Octave with semitone (flat 
4th) and extra treble. 9 recast 1920, 6 in 1928 and 4 in 1932.

Can anyone add anything to this?

Is there any chiming society in the UK apart from the British 
Carillon Society the enquirer can contact?
