[Bell Historians] Clock Chimes - information and requests for details

"I believe the tower is open saturday mornings, but not sure if this
includes
access to the bells. I would be interested in going up there as well, as
I'm sure Jason Hughes would be."

I was originally told that it would be unlikely we would be allowed up there
as there is a vertical ladder, etc. I put some pressure on and they agreed
to put me in touch with the person in charge of these things.
