St. John's Parish Church (http://longford.ardagh.anglican.org/tower.htm)
seems to be what is left of the much amalgamated parishes and dioceses of
the Church of Ireland in the Irish Republic. I do not know of its history of
bells, but the link above and this

point you to more contacts in the area.

PS: I Note that there is a "Lismore" near Longford as well as the better
known one near Waterford which has a cathedral
