My god father, Ted Chivers, rang the 9 Taylors and took part in the ringing 
for the BBC radio play of the 9 taylors at Chewton Mendip in the 1960's or 
70's.

He says the 9 taylors were: Dong - Dong - Dong (set at back for a few 
seconds) then Dong - Dong - Dong (set at hand for a few seconds) and Dong - Dong - 
Dong (setting at back stroke). He did it at the first attempt!
