The FODS list is having an interesting discussion on bell ropes at the
moment, some of which seem to last longer than others ... "they don't make
'em like they used to", etc. This leads me to the questions: Where is the
oldest rope* still being used? Is there anywhere where a rope more than 50,
70, 100 years old is still in use.
