RE Diagonal Bell Frames

Following spring to mind

Nottingham St Mary

Cartmel, Cumbria - the old 6 bell frame was diagonal in the top level of 
the tower, which itself is set diagonal to the lower level.

St Martin's in the Fields - not sure about this but I think the old frame 
(still in situ) is diagonal in the tower
