Andrew's comments on the trebles at St Chad's, Shrewsbury are very
interesting. I am not clear, however, about the additional height involved
as the foundry postcard shows the second to be appreciably taller than
either the treble or third. Does this mean that the 'abrupt change of
height' comes between the second and third?
