I am afraid I can't get very excited about Whitchurch Canonicorum - we
found them very difficult to ring well - odd struck and one bell was
frighteningly deep set - not enough old style grandeur to make up for a
difficult go.

Ilfracombe P&J have two L&J trebles which sounded almost modern to me - yet
the fittings could have been a century earlier!

East Ardsley (Yorks) have a complete L&J peal of eight rehung in 1990s -
good but not brilliant.
