Does anyone know if customer services actually work on ebay?
I was bidding for eleven Warner handbells with two days of 
bidding to go and I was the highest bidder, then whoosh, the bells 
were retracted from sale.
I smell something fishy as the vendor stated he had been offered 
£180 for them last year and they had not been seen (vendor did not 
appear to know much about bells).
I have enough bells at home to make up a good twelve plus semitones 
with those bells- I am gutted.
