Subject: [Bell Historians] Alton Towers - "Hex" bell

Hello Eveyone,=20

On a recent trip to Alton Towers I was surprised to find a sizeable 1840=
Mears bell and broken clapper on display near the entrance to "The Hex". I=
have upload a picture to the files area. Anyone know the origin of this b=
ell ?=20
